Delighted and excited
I dive into the flow
Of life that calls
So clearly now,
Inviting to let go
Of all the fears from all the years
That kept me on the shore,
Watching ever-longingly
The ever-passing flow
Of other lives so different,
And so new
That I could not image them
To be within the view
Of what could possibly be true
For my mundane and boring life
To become something new,
The endless possibilities
Were all for you
not me,
And clinging tight with all my might
No risk of sight or sweet delight
Was ever worth the taking,
Until the day I realized
The differences that kept me from the flow
Were bonds of my own making,
Letting go
To join the flow
Was all I had to do….
To see the me in you.
